The Deans’ Council Workshop VII commenced on December 20, 2025, at the Gülhane Campus of Fatih Sultan Mehmet Foundation University, with an opening speech by Prof. Dr. Fatma Gülruh Gürbüz, Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences at Fatih Sultan Mehmet University.

The workshop program included presentations by: Prof. Dr. Elif Çepni on “Quality Assurance and Institutional Responsibility in Higher Education”, Prof. Dr. Gürbüz Ocak on “PÖÇ-Course-Assessment Matrix: Template, Responsibility and Reporting Design – Faculty Implementation Guide”, Prof. Dr. Hasan Ali Bıçak on “STAR’s Journey to International Recognition: Our Strategic Goal”, Dr. Fatoş Özkan Erciyas on “Student Participation in the Process as External Stakeholders – UK Experience”, Prof. Dr. Ali Bayrakdaroğlu on “STAR Evaluation Criteria: Red Zones from the Dean’s Perspective”, Assoc. Dr. Yunus Kılıç participated with his presentation titled “Accreditation Process Step by Step: Faculty and Quality Office”.

The workshop, where academic sharing and evaluations took place, was completed productively with mutual exchange of views.
