The international online conference titled “Revisiting the ESG for Improved Relevance and Clarity,” organized by STAR on October 17, 2025, concluded successfully with 257 participants.

The conference, which brought together key stakeholders in the field of quality assurance, began with an opening speech by STAR President Dr. İsmail Erkam Tüzgen. Following the opening, Dr. Ayşegül Kozak Çakır, International Relations Coordinator of the Higher Education Quality Board (YÖKAK), took the floor. The program continued with presentations by invited speakers. The conference featured valuable presentations from ENQA Director Anna Gover; Budapest Metropolitan University Director and ENQA Evaluation Expert Dr. István Vilmos Kovács; VLUHR QA President and ENQA Board Member Patrick Van den Bosch; and Sandra Bežjak, ASHE International Cooperation Committee President and EQAR Registration Committee Member.
