In his opening remarks at the Izmir Face-to-Face Evaluator Training held at Yaşar University on June 23, 2025, Prof. Dr. Hasan Fehmi Baklacı, Dean of the Faculty of Business Administration, expressed his pleasure and pride in hosting the event. He then gave a brief introduction to the Faculty of Business Administration, stating that the Faculty will apply for accreditation in 2026. Prof. Baklacı concluded by emphasizing that STAR accreditation is a crucial quality assurance measure for enhancing the Faculty’s national and international recognition and reputation.

The training consisted of two sessions. The first covered fundamental topics such as evaluator roles and responsibilities, the steps of the accreditation process, the structure of criteria, and accurate reading methods. The second session included a practical workshop. The program concluded with a comprehensive program aimed at understanding both the theoretical and practical aspects of the evaluation process.

The training program was successfully carried out with the participation of academicians from 12 different universities, including 10 Professors, 12 Associate Professors and 2 Assistant Professors.
